Goodhope ranked #9 in the 2023 SPOTT Assessment

In the recent 2023 SPOTT (Sustainable Palm Oil Transparency Toolkit) Assessment, Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd (GAHL) emerged in 9th place, achieving a 5.4% improvement in scores from 2022.

The Zoological Society of London (ZSL) SPOTT initiative assesses 100 palm oil producers, processors, and traders on their public disclosure regarding their organization, policies, and practices related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. A total of 193 indicators, spread over 10 categories, were used in the SPOTT transparency assessment.

“Our sustainability team has worked diligently to improve GAHL’s sustainability and transparency standards. As a result, our SPOTT ranking has been rising steadily since 2018, when the SPOTT assessment was launched. Back then we ranked 24th, last year 13th and this year 9th.
