At the recent Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition in Dubai, Premium Vegetable Oils’ Premium Food Studio recorded hundreds of visitors, resulting in promising partnerships across the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, the sub-Saharan region, eastern Europe, Turkey, and North Africa.
This was the largest-ever edition of the world’s leading trade event that attracted approximately 36,000 visitors from the food industry from November 7-9, 2023.
In anticipation of the crowd, the Premium delegation consisted of 16 members, including Satish Selvanathan and Aneesh Dudeja.
An eye-catching display at the Premium Food Studio was a model of the Burj Khalifa, standing at 58 inches tall and made with our very own N’CHOX, a cocoa butter substitute. It took 65 days just to create the chocolate moulds for the replica, 21 kg of chocolate comprising 34% of N’CHOX, using 3D design with precision planning and calculations to bring our delicious chocolate Burj Khalifa to life.
We congratulate the PVO team led by Naveen Hinduja for a successful outing at Gulfood Manufacturing 2023 and look forward to expanding our specialty oils and fats market globally.
