The Business unit’s service portfolio includes Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Non-F&A BPO services and Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services.  Its capabilities include expertise in deploying IT based automated data capturing solutions linking to back-office transaction processing services, end-to-end process management expertise and Value added knowledge management services that will enable our clients to optimize process efficiencies, derive economies of scale and realize business value.

This Segment is highly process driven and plays a key role in enabling the Group’s core businesses to better manage its resources, standardize work processes and focus on their primary business activities while all non-core functions are managed separately.

The strong governance framework which is in place ensures confidentiality and data protection within a well-established quality framework.

Though initially operated as an internal function, in April 2015, the BPM vertical was transferred under a new Company - GIPL (Goodhope Investments Private Limited) to start operating as a stand-alone Business unit.
The long term direction of the BPM unit is to be a preferred premier BPM solution provider empowering the performance of a global client base.
